No questions asked. Take 30 days after we ship your order to make sure you are satisfied. If not, return any product and we will refund its purchase price. YOU MUST CALL AND GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SENDING BACK ANY PRODUCT. We'll also refund shipping costs if the return is due to our error or the product is defective. Credit card purchases will be refunded by credit card credit. Check purchases will be refunded by check. Returned products must be in original packing and be in original unused condition.
A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT SOFTWARE AND RECORDED MEDIA - Due to manufacturer restrictions, software and recorded media (including CD's, videos, DVD's, cassette tapes, etc.) can only be returned if the manufacturer-sealed plastic shrink-wrap has not been opened.

Media Press, Inc. will cover this liability only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at Media Press, Inc. while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
