"Trinity" for unaccompanied tuba has three short movements titled "Mind", "Spirit" and "Body". The idea of "Mind" is to express how the mind twists and embellishes, often making things more complicated than they actually are. For "Spirit" the player should think of searching for inner peace, a resolution to an inner conflict.
